Fajar Signals manufactures and supplies its own range of products which are made to client's specifications. In addition, Fajar Signal's expertise in systems integration produces niche products catered for specific needs of customers in various industries.

FS ACOUSTIC TELEPHONE HOOD

The FS Acoustic Hood is designed for sound reduction in environments where there are high ambient noise such as offshore platforms, petro-chemical and power plants. To withstand the harsh and rough environments, the 3 different models are made of Glass Reinforced Fiber material for its durability and strength. The Acoustic Hood's interior wall is lined with sound dampening material. The SS316 mounting bracket and fasteners can support weight up to 30kg.

Meeting different plant requirements, we are able to fit the hoods with telephones and customized ring indictors for noisy areas. Fire retardant Hoods made to Flame Resistant Classification are also available.

BLUE LIGHT STATION – (BLS) System TPMS – Traction Power Management System

Fajar Signals Sdn Bhd has and can provide a complete Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Supply and Commissioning of the complete BLS/TPMS system.

The BLS/TPMS is a basic requirement in the Fixed Guideway Transit and Passenger Rail System. The Primary purpose of the BLS/TPMS is drawn from the NFPA 130 (Fixed Guideway Transit and Passenger Transit and Passenger Rails System) Section 3.3.5 which states– "A location along the train way, indicated by a blue light, where emergency services or authorized personal can communicate with the central supervising stations and disconnect traction power".The illuminated light acts as a location indicator during day and night operation.The BLS/TPMS System Equipment provided will be electromagnetically compatible with their environments in accordance to EN50121-4.There are 2 types of mounting – Pedestal concrete flooring or mounting at the parapet wall. The equipment used in the system will be of high integrity that has low maintenance, available at any time and high reliability. FS WIND SOCK

The FS Wind Sock, is design to withstand harsh and corrosive environments with its Stainless Steel bearing. The Chamber assembly is mild steel hot dip galvanised. It is complete with high durability nylon UV Resistant orange sock. The FS Wind Sock is suitable for ports, offshore cranes and platforms as well as traffic areas requiring wind direction indicators.

ANEMOMETERS

Wind speed and direction are major contributors to potential disasters for cranes, platforms and plants.

Anemometers are used to measure the speed and direction of wind. The Wind Monitor is rugged and corrosion resistant, yet accurate and lightweight. The Wind Tracker wind speed and wind direction indictor offers big performance in a compact display.

Knowing the accuracy of speed and direction by using an anemometer helps plan and prevent potential accidents, thus creating a safe work environment.

IP65 BATTERY BOX

Battery enclosure has been an issue in most cranes or platforms as stand by power. We customize battery box for safe area with IP65 rating in SS316 material. It can be standard size or custom-sized enclosure depending on clients' requirements.

FS VHF, UHF Radio

The FS VHF, UHF Radio is designed for point to point communication, loud hailer and emergency communication. Its hands free features that meets Crane Operators requirements are available for both short-distance terrestrial and long range communications. The brand radio systems can be customized for safe areas on land or harsh marine environments. Client's preferences for foot switch, gooseneck, and head sets are available.

START WORK/STOP WORK TIMER

The start work/stop work timer is used for timely dismissal and return of workers from breaks especially in large/noisy working environments. The timer can be customized to the different timings with a range of audible sounds like bells, horns or music and can be set for different events or breaks.

BATTERY CHARGERS

Fajar Signals' next generation smart battery charger is integrated to the highest standard for cranes and other industrial vehicles to maximise its efficiency.

It is reliable and comes with an enclosure that enables easy mounting.

It is designed for outdoor environment with high IP rating for charging lead acid and Ni Cad batteries.

CRANE P.A. SYSTEM

Hands-free public address systems are designed to minimize the movements of hands for safety purpose. Communication is enabled using a foot switch and a gooseneck microphone. The instruction/command is aired over outdoor speakers to the deck floor to draw attention or to relay instructions.

For durability purpose, units are weatherproof, ideal for use in construction sites, ports and oil platforms.

DEFROSTERS

Clear view fully integrated window defrosters are designed and manufactured to the highest standards for all vehicles including defrosters for cranes which greatly increase vision during poor weather conditions.

Grids include strong copper heating elements that come on long pre-space rolls which can be cut to size for a custom fit. Therefore, the quantity is not determined by the screen ordered as each unit is able to retrofit on site.
